Wildlife Gardening Part 1
13 June 2018, 10:00 - 16:00 (Add to calendar)
Part 1 and 2 are stand alone and can be done together or separately.
Anne and Sue have both worked for the Cheshire Wildlife Trust and discovered a mutual interest in wildlife gardening. They are keen to share their knowledge and experiences with other wildlife enthusiasts. These two workshops complement each other and participants can do either or both days. The workshops will introduce the participants to various aspects of wildlife gardening. Part 1 will include: the benefits of wildlife gardening, garden structure, what to plant, when and where; making a bird or insect home to take home. Part 2 will include: ponds and other water features and a visit to a local garden that has won a CWT Wildlife Friendly Gardening Gold Award.
